Where is your Office located?

Our offices are located conveniently on Maxwell main road and at Manor Lodge Complex in Warrens.

How does it work?

Once registered, you’re given our Miami address. This address is used as your “Shipping Address” on websites when you make purchases online. When the package is delivered to Miami, it is then shipped to Barbados. Our office will contact you via email, and telephone informing you of the amount due and schedule a delivery time most convenient for you.

I don’t have a credit card; can I still shop online?

No credit card? No problem! We can do the shopping on your behalf. Once you have indicated what item you would like, by sending us the website link, a quote will be provided for you. When the quote is approved by you, a deposit of the quoted amount is required, payment of the deposit is made at our office, after which we proceed to purchase the item(s). You will be notified when item(s) have been shipped to Barbados. Our Procurement Fee for purchasing on your behalf is 25% of the cost of the item.

How long does it take for my package to get to the Miami Address?

This is dependent on the supplier from which you have placed the order, who always indicate a shipping date and an estimated time of delivery. The supplier will also provide you with a “Tracking Number”, this number enables you to track the shipping progress of your package so you’ll know when it’s delivered to the Miami Address.

The supplier has split the order and has shipped out the items separately resulting in different arrival times at the warehouse.

Packages are processed accordingly. 

Do you offer consolidation?

Unfortunately, not at present, as packages are received, they are processed and loaded for the next available shipment.

Is there any extra cost for delivery?

Yes, delivery is dependent on location.

Can I pick up my packages at your Office?

Yes, you can, you have the option of picking up your packages if it’s more convenient for you.

What is the Local Handling Charge?

This is our Processing Fee, it is standard and does not change, and charged per shipment.

How are Customs duties and Vat Calculated?

Customs duties and Vat are calculated on your total item cost.

What is the break-down of my Invoice (Bill)?

Your invoice will include Freight + Customs duties + Customs VAT + local Handling Charge + Procurement Fee (if Applicable).

Do I have to pay a separate Brokerage fee?

No. We take the hassle away from you, Customs is cleared on your behalf. We pay the charges incurred (Customs Duties & VAT) and you reimburse us what has been paid.

Do you have any other branches in the USA besides your Miami Office?

Unfortunately, we don’t, therefore items will have to be shipped to our Miami office then scheduled to be shipped to Barbados.

What can I do if my package is lost in transit to warehouse

Contact your supplier, letting them know the status of package, ask for a refund or replacement. Update our office via email or What’s App of the new tracking number.
